Crochet an Infinity Scarf for Beginners – Free Pattern

Pattern:
Foundation Row: Ch 220. Be careful not to twist the chain; join with a slip stitch to the first chain to form a ring.
Round 1: Ch 1 (does not count as a stitch here and throughout), sc in the same st as join and in each st around; join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (220 sc)
Round 2: Ch 2, dc in the same st as join, skip 2 sts, [dc, ch 1, dc] in the next st (V-stitch made), skip 2 sts, dc in the next st; rep from * to * around; join with a slip stitch to the top of the beginning ch-2. (36 V-stitches)
Round 3: Ch 1, sc in the same st as join and in each st and ch-1 space around; join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (220 sc)
Round 4: Ch 2, dc in the same st as join, skip 2 sts, [dc, ch 1, dc] in the next sc (V-stitch), skip 2 sts, dc in the next sc; rep from * to * around; join with a slip stitch to the top of the beginning ch-2.
Repeat Rounds 3 and 4: Repeat Rounds 3 and 4 until the scarf reaches your desired width. End with Round 3.
Finishing: Fasten off and weave in any loose ends using a yarn needle.
