Crochet Easter Home Decor – Free Pattern

Step 1:

- Slip stitch (SL) to the first SC to join.
Step 2: 3. Chain 1. Work 2 SC into each SC around. You should have 12 SC.
- SL to the first SC to join.
Step 3: 5. Chain 1. Work 2 SC into the first SC, then 1 SC into the next SC. Repeat this pattern around. You should have 18 SC.
- SL to the first SC to join.
Step 4: 7. Chain 1. Work 2 SC into the first SC, then 1 SC into each of the next 2 SC. Repeat this pattern around. You should have 24 SC.
- SL to the first SC to join.
Step 5: 9. Chain 1. Work 1 SC into each SC around.
- SL to the first SC to join.
Step 6: 11. Repeat Step 5 for the desired length of your egg, usually about 4-5 rounds.
Step 7 (Optional): 12. If you’d like to stuff your egg, gently stuff it with polyester fiberfill before closing it up completely.
Step 8: 13. To close the egg, cut the yarn, leaving a long tail. Thread the tail through a yarn needle and weave it through the front loops of the remaining stitches. Pull tight to close the top of the egg.
Assembly: 14. Make multiple eggs in different colors.
