Rows 4-25: Rep Row 3. Fasten off.

Skirt:

Note: The skirt is worked in a continuous round.

Rnd 1: Join yarn with a sl st to any st along the bottom edge of the bodice. Ch 3, dc in same st, dc in each dc and ch-1 sp across to next corner, (dc, ch 2, dc) in corner st rep * to * around. Do not join. (Side note: This is your first increase round for the skirt.)
